The Retirement ID Swap tool is used by New York agencies to swap the values on the Employee Maintenance> Retirement tab between the Reference field and PERS Employee ID field for all active employees.

Step by Step

 

1     Open the Retirement ID Swap window (PR> Utilities> Retirement ID Swap).

 

2     Execute the swap.  

 

  • There are no settings for this utility, so simply submit and confirm to execute the retirement ID swap process.
  • Click the Submit icon to swap the Reference field and PERS Employee ID field values for all active employees.
