The CivicPay Online Settings pages are used to set up how your citizens will interact with your CPO site.

Payer Page

• The Payer page is used to specify what information your citizens will need to access your CPO site.
• The Registration Requirements section allows you to specify what information your citizens must provide in order to register to use CivicPay Online.
  • The Registration Security Rating field below will reflect whether the information you are requiring results in a Weak, Moderate, or Strong security rating.
• The Utility Quick Pay Requirements section is used to specify what information will be required when a citizen uses Quick Pay to pay a utility bill rather than logging in to a registered account.
• Click the Save button to save your changes.
