My Batches Window

Summary

 

The My Batches window provides easy access to all of the open batches that the current Cirrus user is authorized to edit. From this window a user can launch an in-progress batch process without opening the module and menu for the process itself.

 

Step by Step

 

• Click the My Batches button on the main application menu bar. This will open the My Batches window.
  • The My Batches window can also be accessed via the SS> Utilities menu.
• The My Batches window will display all open batches that current user is authorized to edit across the entire Cirrus system.
  • When the My Batches window is launched from a process-specific shortcut, it will only display the batches within that process.
  • Use the sorting and grouping functionality to organize the batch data for easier navigation. Click here for information on Cirrus Data Grids.
• Select a batch and the batch process tile will display to the right.
  • Click DETAILS on the batch process tile to open the process.
• Click the Expand button next to a batch to display any reports in the batch that have already been processed.
  • Open the batch via the DETAILS button and the processed reports can be opened from the Batch Outputs column. If more than one version of the report was initially generated, only the last version will be available.
