District Codes Maintenance
Summary
The District Code Maintenance window is used to build and maintain District Codes and Names.
Step by Step
1 Open the District Codes window (TC> Maintenance> District Codes).

- The District Codes window displays all of the district codes that have been set up in the database.
- Select a District Code and click DELETE to delete the selected District Code.
- Select a District Code and click EDIT to open and edit the selected District Code.
- Click the Create District button
to open the District Maintenance window and create a new District Code.
2 Create a District Code.

- The District Code field is used to enter a user-defined code that identifies a District, such as 551200 for City of Peekskill.
- The District Name field is used to enter the name of the District, such as CITY OF PEEKSKILL for code 551200.
- The Type field is used to enter the type of District the code represents, such as VILLAGE, TOWN, CITY, TAX DIST, etc.
- The Totaling District field is used to enter the District Code that you want to be the Totaling District.
- The other District Codes will then have a grand total displayed under this District Code.
- Click the Save button
to complete the District Code.
