UB> Utilities> Import Water Allocation
Summary
The Import Water Allocation tool is used to import new or updated water allocation values for up to 12 billing periods for each lot included in the import file. These values will populate the Water Allocation sub-tab of the Lot tab on UB Account Maintenance.

Step by Step
1 Open the Import Water Allocation window (UB> Utilities> Import Water Allocation).
- The BROWSE button is used to browse for the import file. You can also drag the import file and drop it in the area to the right of the button.
- The import file must include the lot number and the period amounts for periods 1-4. Periods 5-12 are optional.
- Click the View/Layout Format button
to view the expected format of the import file. Click here for information on the File Layout window.
- Check the Zero Allocation Bank toggle to zero out the allocation bank value for all lots included in the import.
- After importing a Water Allocation file with this toggle checked, the Banked Allocation field (UB> Maintenance> Account> Lot tab> Water Allocation sub-tab) will be reset to zero.
- Click the Submit button
to import the file.
