Demographic Export
Summary
The Demographic Export tool is used to export demographic data for current and filtered terminated employees. The export will include the following columns with headers:

Location (always set to 1)

EmployeePayrollID (value from pr_employee.misc_char_3 field)

ClockID (value from pr_employee.misc_char_3 field)

UserloginID (employee number)

Firstname (employee first name)

Lastname (employee last name)

OtherInfo2 (employee department)

DOH (employee hire date - "MM/DD/YYYY")

JCOrder (value = "0" for effective financial revision)

For each additional effective rate code on the employee record - JCOrder (value = "1", "2", "3", etc.)

ExportCode (employee job title - "Primary - {employee job title}")

For each additional effective rate code on the employee record - ExportCode (employee rate code)

PayRate (hourly rate from effective financial revision)

Step by Step
- Open the Demographic Export window (PR> Reports> Demographic Export).
- The Term Date field is used to filter the employees included in the export by termination date. All currently active employees and all employees terminated AFTER the specified Term Date who have an effective financial revision will be included in the export.
- Click the Confirm icon to create the export file.
- Once the export has finished processing, the Export Settings window will open. This window is used to specify the export path for the demographic export file.
- Check the Open toggle if you would like to open the exported file after it is saved locally.
- Enter the export path location and click the Save icon to export the file to the local path.
