Parcel management overview

Parcel information in CAMA is contained in individual parcel records. When you open a parcel record, you're given access to any information related to that parcel, including owners, tax year assessments, transfers, images, documentation, and maps, making it easier to find what you need.

Transfers are managed directly from the parcel record, helping you quickly locate transfer history and perform new transfers. Parcel splits and combines are also managed from the parcel record.

Assessments can be generated and edited for as many tax years as needed, allowing you to update multiple assessment years simultaneously. Below is a brief introduction of a parcel record's details.

  1. Primary identifier: The primary parcel identifier, which is defined in Settings.

  2. Parcel/Owner Search Results: View parcel or owner search results using the right and left arrows.

  3. GIS: Select to navigate to the GIS link configured in Settings > URL Configurations.

    Note: The GIS button only displays if there is an Active URL Configuration set up.

  1. Photos: Any photos added to the parcel's appraisal.

  2. Sketches: Any sketches added to the parcel's appraisal.

  3. Forms: Generate forms for the parcel.

  4. Search: The Parcel Search modal allows you to search for other parcel records from the current page.

  5. Overview: Relevant parcel details, including the Tax Summary, Profile, Current Owners, Associated Parties, Associated Parcels, Mobile Homes, Tasks, Workgroups, and Notes.

  6. Transfer: All transfers for the parcel. View and edit past transfers or perform new ones on this tab.

  7. Assessments: Past, current, and future assessments for the parcel. Generate and view as many assessment years as desired at any time.

  8. Documentation: Scanned and uploaded documents for the parcel.

  9. History: Audit of parcel changes.

View photos and sketches

View photos and sketches added to the parcel's appraisal from the parcel record.

  1. Select either Photos or Sketches.

  2. Select the appropriate tax year from the Filter by Tax Year drop-down.

  • To enlarge an image, select the hyperlink or the grid icon.

  • To open an image in a separate browser window, select the popout window icon in the top-right corner of the modal.
