Generate Annual Tax Roll Exports
Generate a Tax Roll Export file for a tax year.
Prerequisites
Annual Tax Role Export permission is required to generate tax roll exports.
Generate a tax roll export

From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

Under the Exports section, select Annual Tax Roll Export.

Populate the required fields.

Tax Year: Enter the tax year.

Parcel Type (optional): Select a parcel type, either Mobile Home or Real.

Exempt Parcels (optional): Select to Include, Exclude, or Only include exempt parcels.

Select Generate Tax Roll.

On the Assessment Notices Log panel, select Refresh.
The completed process displays in the grid.
You can now Download a PDF of the generated tax roll export, flag it as Submitted, or Reset the data.
Download a tax roll export
After generating a tax roll export, you can download the PDF file for saving and/or printing.

From the left-sign navigation, select Processes.

Under the Exports section, select Annual Tax Roll Export.

Locate the process in the panel.

Select Download.
The PDF downloads to your computer.
You can now save and/or print the PDF.
Flag a tax roll export as Submitted
After generating a tax roll export, you can mark it as Submitted to the auditor.

From the left-sign navigation, select Processes.

Under the Exports section, select Annual Tax Roll Export.

Locate the process in the panel.

Select Submit.
The tax roll export process is marked as Submitted in the grid.
Reset tax year data
If the tax roll export has been marked as Submitted but has not yet been sent to the auditor, you can refresh the data if needed.

From the left-sign navigation, select Processes.

Under the Exports section, select Annual Tax Roll Export.

Locate the process in the panel.

Select Reset.
View process parameters
View the Process Parameters selected for a process.

From the left-side navigation, select Processes.

Under the Exports section, select Annual Tax Roll Export.

Locate the process in the Annual Tax Roll Export Log panel.

Select the expander icon (+) next to the process.
