Configure CAMA

View and update your CAMA application settings.

Prerequisites

Edit CAMA Configuration permission is required to edit CAMA configuration details.

Configure CAMA settings

  1. From the left-side navigation, select Settings.

  2. On the CAMA Configuration panel, select Edit.

  3. Populate the fields.

  • Current Tax Year: Enter the current tax year of your CAMA application.

  • Current Tax Year Owner Deadline: Enter or select the state-defined deadline for ownership. The owner at the time of the deadline date is the official owner of the property.

  • Minimum Assessed Value: Enter the state-defined minimum amount to be assessed per property.

  • Round Taxable Values To: Enter the amount taxable values can be rounded to.

  • Round Assessed Values To: Enter the amount assessed values can be rounded to.

    Note: Round To Values must be 1 or a number divisible by 10.
  • Maximum Assigned Parcel Classes (optional): Enter the number of unique classes allowed on a Parcel Assessment.

  • Allow District/Area Prorations: Select the checkbox to enable proration of split districts.

  • Allow Manual Entered Assessment Appraisals: Select the checkbox to enable users to manually enter an appraisal instead of automatically pulling them into the CAMA application.

  1. Select Save.

The information displays in the CAMA Configuration panel.
