Configure workgroup options
Workgroups are used to group parcels together that need specific work completed. You can create short-term or long-term workgroups and add users to complete tasks.
Configure the options available when creating and managing workgroups.

Workgroup Parcel Statuses are statuses used to track where the parcel is in the workflow.

Workgroup Types are the types of workgroups that can be created. Users can also search for workgroups by Type.

Workgroup Roles are assigned to workgroup users to determine their permissions for parcels, appraisals, and notes in the workgroup.
Prerequisites
Administer Workgroups permission is required to manage workgroups and workgroup settings.
Configure workgroup parcel statuses

From the left-side navigation, select Settings > Workgroups.

On the Workgroup Parcel Statuses panel, select Edit.

To add a status: Select Add Row, and then enter a Name for the new status.

To edit a status: Adjust the status Name as desired.

To delete a status: Find the status to delete, and then select the Delete icon.

Select Save.
Configure workgroup types

From the left-side navigation, select Settings > Workgroups.

On the Workgroup Types panel, select Edit.

To add a type:

Select Add.
-
Enter a Name for the new type.

Apply Available Statuses using the arrow button.

To edit a type:

Locate the Workgroup Type in the panel.

Adjust the type's Name as desired.

Apply or remove Available Statuses using the arrow buttons.

To delete a type:

Locate the Workgroup Type in the panel.

Select the Delete icon.

Select Yes.
-

Select Save.
Create workgroup roles

From the left-side navigation, select Settings > Workgroups.

On the Workgroup Roles panel, select Edit.

Select Add Row, and then populate the fields.

Name: Enter a name for the role.

Description (optional): Enter a short description of the role.

Administrator (optional): If the role should have administrator permissions for the workgroup's users, records, and notes, select the Administrator checkbox.

Repeat the steps above to add more workgroup roles.

After adding all desired workgroup roles, select Save.
The workgroup roles can be selected when adding or editing workgroup users.
Edit or delete workgroup roles

From the left-side navigation, select Settings > Workgroups.

On the Workgroup Roles panel, select Edit.

To edit a role: Adjust the fields as needed.

To delete a role: Find the role to delete, and then select the Delete icon.

Select Save.
