Comment Code Maintenance
Summary
Comments can be attached to permits to track any notes about the permit including phone conversations, complaints, and requests. Comments are added to BP permits in the Permit Maintenance window (BP> Maintenance> Permit> Open a permit> Comments tab).

Step by Step
1 View the existing comment codes. 
if you would like to delete a comment code.
if you would like to create a new comment code. This will create a new line item in the left section of the window and the fields in the Maintenance section will be enabled to enter the comment code information.
2 Create or modify a comment code.
to save the comment code.
