Issue Search
Summary
The Issue Search window is used to filter and search through all of the issues created in the application. You can also create a new issue or open, modify and print an existing issue from this window.

Step by Step
1 Open the Issue Search window (CM> Issues> Issue Search).
2 Filter the displayed Issues.
- The Issue Search window will display all of the issues that have been created in the application. Enter the desired issue information in the issue detail fields and click the Refresh icon to filter the displayed issues by that value.
- Select an issue and click the Delete icon to delete that issue.
- Select an issue and click the Modify icon to open and modify that issue.
- Click the Create icon to create a new issue. Click here for information on creating a new issue.
- Right click in the data grid and select Export grid contents to Excel to export the data grid information. Click here for information on exporting Data Grid information.
3 Print the issues.
- Click the Print icon drop-down menu to select Print Issues or Print Issue Details.
- The Print Issues option will print the Issue Report. Click here for information on the Issue Report.
- The Print Issue Details option will print the Issue Detail Report. Click here for information on the Issue Detail Report.
- Click the Print icon to process the report immediately or enter a date and time in the field next to the Print icon to schedule the report to generate at a later time.
You can view the progress of the report on the Job Viewer window (SS> Utilities> Show Scheduled Jobs). Click here for information on the Jobs Viewer window.
- Click the Print icon drop-down menu and select Print Preview to preview the report before printing.
- Click the Print icon drop-down menu and select Excel to export the report data to an Excel spreadsheet as unformatted data.
- Click the Print icon drop-down menu and select Excel (Formatted) to export the report data to an Excel spreadsheet that includes much of the Springbrook formatting found on the printed version of the report.
- Once the report is generated, you can also display the report using the View Reports window (SS> Utilities> View Report). Click here for information on the View Reports window.
