Conservation Data Maintenance
Summary
The Conservation Data Maintenance window is used to set up conservation data that can be used in water conservation calculations. This screen can be used to update conservation data on a regular basis in order to respond to weather-related changes in conservation initiatives.

Step by Step
1 View the conservation data.
- Open the Conservation Data Maintenance window (UB> Maintenance> Conservation Data).
- The Conservation Data Maintenance window will display all of the conservation data values that have been created in the application.
- Highlight a conservation data value in the left section of the window and the information attached to the selected conservation data value will populate in the Edit Conservation Data section.
- Existing conservation data values cannot be deleted.
- Click the Create button to create a new conservation data value. This will add a new line item to the data grid and the fields in the Create Conservation Data section will be blank to enter the information associated with the conservation data value.
2 Create a new conservation data value.
- The Date field is used to specify the date the conservation data value will go into effect.
- The Value field is used to specify the value for the conservation data value. This field is limited to 10 digits and eight decimal places. The value can be set to 0 (zero).
- The Type field is used to select the type of conservation data. The Type options are Weather, Per Capita, DF Indoor, and DF Outdoor.
- Weather type conservation data values are the most likely to be updated frequently, as seasonal changes or weather incidents can impact conservation initiatives.
- Per Capita type conservation data refers to gallons per person per day values.
- DF Indoor and DF Outdoor conservation data refers to drought factor conservation percentages used during drought conditions.
- Press ENTER or click SAVE when complete to save the conservation data value.
- Select a conservation data line and click DELETE to delete the selected line.
