Rejection Class Maintenance
Summary
The Rejection Class Maintenance window is used to create and maintain rejection classes. Rejection classes are organizational entities designed to group the rejection reasons that are used in the Applicant Screening process. For example, a rejection class titled Education could include rejection reasons titled No college education or GPA requirements not met.

Step by Step
- Open the Rejection Class Maintenance window (HR> Maintenance> Rejection Class).
- The Rejection Class Maintenance window will display a separate line item for each rejection class that has been set up in the application.
- Highlight a rejection class and press DELETE or click the Delete icon if you would like to delete the rejection class.
- You cannot delete a rejection class that is attached to a rejection reason.
- Highlight a rejection class to edit the details to the right.
- Press INSERT or click the Create icon to create a new rejection class. This will enable the Maintenance section to the right.
- Enter a unique Code for the rejection class.
- The Code field is used to provide a descriptive title to the rejection class.
- Once the rejection class is saved, this field cannot be edited. The code field is required and is limited to 12 alphanumeric characters.
- Enter a Description for the rejection class.
- The Description field is used to provide a detailed description of the rejection class.
- The rejection class description can be up to 64 alphanumeric characters long.
- Click the Save icon when the rejection class is complete.
